How long should it take for a complaint to be dealt with?

    I submitted a complaint last Friday. I got an acknowledgement but nothing else.


    How long should it take to get a resolution?


    How long should it take to get a Case number?

    The process of investigating an official complaint and for contact to be made on eircoms official position is up to 10 working days.

    Unfortunately I'll be unable to offer you an update on findings or decision on this but if you would like to PM me your eircom account number I'll check for a reference number.
