Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

does everyone do their own bike maintance these days or use the LBS, I can manage most small jobs but just spent the last hour trying to index the gears on a road bike, something I was never any good at, think I'll leave it to the shop,

Can be very frustrating at times. Stick with it, some great youtube videos on how to.

DIY for me, although I'm also still pretty crap, I'm better than I used to be. Nothing to do with the money, I just get pleasure from mucking about with the bike and learning how it all works. It is also useful if you do long solo spins to have the mechanical knowledge for a range of simple road side repairs.
