Audi A6

Looking for a bit of advice,changing car in the coming weeks and was hoping to pick up a decent A6 hope to get 2011 or 2012 ...this is the first time we have changed car in ten years and we are getting rid of our ford Galaxy now that the kids are a little older.
Is there anything particular I should be looking out for or any particular model I should avoid ? We would like leather seats and sat-nav and we have a budget of 25,000
Or is there any other make and model of similar specs I should consider ?

Leather seats are standard kit on cars like the A6 these days. Sat Nav was standard on UK spec models from launch back in 2011. SE is the entry level model while the S Line is the sportier model with stiffer suspension, larger wheels, etc.

That Garnet Red A6 from Audi Kilkenny looks nice. One thing about buying that car over the others is that it will come with a full years warranty, as opposed to the 3 or 6 month warranty an independent dealer will usually offer.

The other two are UK cars so will have nav though.

Thanks for the replies ,some nice cars there ,At least I know what to look for ...is it better to stay away from the imports and stick to an Irish car ? The UK ones seem to have a way better spec

It's like any car irrespective of where it originally came from, the cheapest ones tend to be the ones with colourful pasts. Whether the car is UK or Irish buy from a reputable source and carry out the usual background checks.

The only real difference with the UK ones is that they will have nav as standard and a black and white information display between the dials, an Irish car will have no nav as standard but the information display will be in colour.

I wouldn't care if it's an Irish or UK car personally.

Do the Irish version without Sat Nav have bluetooth or was that an extra also?

I'd hope a 6/7 year old premium car costing that much back then would have had bluetooth as a standard feature.
