Hi All
First post on this forum so please go easy !! Cutting a long saga short we sold up in Knocknacarra Galway and are now renting. We have looked at loads of houses but none ticked the boxes.

It never entered my head in the past to self build - we know what we like/need

First thing is to sit down with an architect and discuss our requirements.

Any advice you lads could give us would be really appreciated !!
