Back on Boards after a break since Dublin 2013, wheels came off Berlin 2013 with cramp at 16 finishing in 3:23, doing Dublin 4 weeks later bigger mistake 3:40.
Have been tipping along this year with time improving back to where I was 2 years ago so have started marathon training this week. The choice will either be Amsterdam or Dublin which I will have to decide in the next few weeks. Going to follow a plan by the coach in the club

    Shannagarry 5 mile
Ran this last night and was please with how it went. Did 30:57 in Ballyandreen a month ago and improved by 23 seconds last night. This is a tough course so will be looking to get closer to 30 through out the rest of the summer as it gives a good indication of how my training is going.
Legs very tired today to will test up, going on holidays tomorrow but will attempt to get a few miles in the morning.
