Currently in my 3rd year with a Super-Flower Amazon 80Plus 550W and hoping it lasts a few more.

How long do you run a PSU in your build or how often do you upgrade?

Good PSU like the Super-Flower should last the lifetime of the machine imo. Don't know enough about PSUs to give a decent feedback but I have a corsair PSU in my first ever build and it is still going strong about 7/8 years on. It doesn't get as much hard use as when I was living at home but no problems reported so far other than the computer feeling sluggish compared to my new build :) Might grab an SSD to give it a new lease of life at some point.
