    Hello

    I have a software issue with my laptop that I bought at Currys/PCWorld. I do have the insurance and wondering what is procedure to get a replacement laptop while I give out my laptop for servicing with Currys.? I remember i was told that I have to request it online and then give in my laptop for service..
