    Midnight cafés. It would be so nice to have an alternative places that people can go later on at night if they aren't mad into nightclubs/pubs or just drinking in general.

    Or even a quiet drink. After 10pm on a thursday, friday or saturday pubs are crazy. It'd be nice to have somewhere that you could have a couple of bottles of beer with some nibbles.

    huh we have lots of outside cafe areas in ireland , on a par now with many european countries

    Something like a what called a cafe tabac in France or bar tabbaci in Italy its a newsagent at the front selling all the usual newsagent fare but has a small bar at the back serving coffee and drinks. Oh and of course French or Italian style cigarette prices.
