Insurance for RAS Property

    Hi,

    I am looking to insure my investment property but current insurer tells me that tenant must be full time employed or full time looking after children.

    Neither seems to apply as he is getting job seekers and only watches kids at weekends and holidays.

    Anyone know of companies who will insure me in this case ?

    Any replies greatly appreciated as I am against the clock due to a mess-up by current insurer in not sending me my renewal notice.

    I have never had issues insuring my rental property.
    It is currently with AXA.

    Just to follow up on this....just got insured with AXA with no issue.

    Price was excellent and service exceptional. Very happy.
