Enurement Clause

    Hi,

    So I am currently trying to sell a house that I have inherited. However there was an enurement clause of 7 years on it. Unfortunately my mother died before the 7 years and left me the house 13 years ago. Does this clause still apply to me?

    This letter came from my solicitor -_- i thought they would know, but apparently not
