    Yes I think the problem is at their end as a few of us are having the same issue since yesterday at least

    I have received an email from Shop and Scan.

    some of the detail is as follows.
    Unfortunately, due to technical issues the Read My Clicker app is out of service right now.

    Our technical team are looking into this as a priority and we hope to have it back up and running very soon.

    Mine was fine also at 12.30 today.

    Last time I had problems was thanks to the wrong path in the firewall.

    Thanks guys, I managed to transmit the next day but I don't think it transmitted my big shop, just a smaller trip to butchers the next day. Not much I can do about that, they have my receipts anyway.

    Mine went fine also.

    Are you doing it via the app on the computer? Maybe the firewall is blocking it or something. Quick check to disable firewall, try again then enable the firewall.

    Mine was having an issue with the date/time last night so I logged out and back in again and that seems to have resolved it.

    I went to transmit my barcodes yesterday. I got the usual beeps and then as it was about to finish the program showed an error. When I tried again it said thanks for submitting zero barcodes. What a joke.

    I had similar the week before their app went kaput (the week no one could transfer). So wonder will it be troublesome this weekend?
    They said they got them.... but I did the whole weeks scan again and resent. :(
    This new app is more trouble than it's worth imo

    Same, asking me to sign into Read my Clicker with Panel no. and dob but then telling me one of them is wrong - they're not wrong. Have emailed them anyway.

    Back up and running now. They need a part timer at the weekend to check app works

    Thanks Gormal, I just uploaded mine there now too. No doubt I will get a reply to my email on Wednesday or something :pac:

    ETA: they just emailed me a minute ago to say the app was down for the weekend but back up now and points will not be affected.
