'Other' Storage on iPhone 5S

I'm having some trouble with my iPhone's storage. When connected to iTunes the "Other" segment is 13GB and Photo's is 2GB. On my phone under Usage it says that there's 15GB of Photos. I've no Photos in Recently Deleted. Any ideas on how to free up 13GB of space? I've tried the tip I read about changing the date to a couple…
