Address incorrect on account

    Hi,

    just noticed now that when I check my personal details on my ESB account, the address that shows up is a previous address. but the address that I am being billed for is my current address. I tried to change the details but there is no option to change address, just phone number/email.

    Should you wish for us to change this for you here, just send us a private message. We would require the following details:
    • Confirmation that you are the account holder
    • Your full name and address
    • Your account number
    • Your contact number or date of birth
