Help, I've my friends wedding on Saturday and have no dress to wear.. I ordered some dresses online but none of them are suitable, most are very unflattering!!

Anyway I'm going to head to Dublin tomorrow afternoon to try and find something.. Just wondering if anyone has any shop recommendations for me? Or did anyone get any nice dresses lately. I'm 35 weeks gone and am size 14/16.

Would be great if I could find one shop with a big selection off dresses to save me time... Wishful thinking I suppose!! :(

Look up Expecting Elegance Maternity on Facebook. It's a rental business specialising in formal maternity wear. Great selection in one place and Julie is a great stylist. Based in Swords, if you rang in the morning she might be able to fit you in.

New look have sometimes nice maternity dresses.
Personally I wouldn't spend a fortune on a maternity dress. I would rather buy a plain shift or maxi dress in pennys or Mango ( preferably cotton as you will be roasting if weather is like this)
Then instead I would spend my money on a nice statement necklace ( Aldo have done nice ones, also clerys have lovely ones over near the talbot street entrance) and maybe some nice sparkly flat sandals ( if you wear a maxi you wouldn't notice flats either) or a silk scarf/ wrap.

For example a plain navy cotton dress with a coral and gold statement necklace, bracelet , bag, sandals and wrap ( all of which you can wear again)
    Enjoy the wedding.

They're not cheap but Jojo Maman Bebe on Wicklow Street have some lovely stuff.

I bought this dress to wear to a wedding and to important meetings at work. You can see by the reviews it's a great buy.

It might be a little late but I got lovely dresses from All4mums.ie - brand was Elpasa and they were very reasonably priced and lovely fit. I know that company is based in Navan so maybe they'd allow you call to their premises??

I got some lovely dresses in Mothercare when I was pregnant, and didn't want to spend a fortune on dresses.
