Ivy growing up the side of the house

Hi all, Need a bit of advice, does anybody know what the law is regarding Ivy growing in the neighbours garden, which is now growing up the side of the house and onto.into the roof. I can't get to it without going into their garden and sorting it out myself. As far as I was aware its their responsibilty to keep it in check…

Hi all,
