Unique transaction identification

As mentioned on another thread, could the online team be asked to include the unique transaction ID for each transaction in the display? This would allow self-resolution of questions without needed to unpick the transactions by date.

While they are at it can they change the fields in Banking 365 to their proper ISO 20022 names or at least add the names to the balloon tips.
At least BOL uses 'End To End ID' rather than 'Payment Reference', then again why have two different systems doing the same job with no consistency between them.

Oh and before I forget, how about displaying the address fields on the transactions as well, that would save BOI another few bob answering customers queries.
