Our foreign exchange rate calculator can help with this here

Also, the charges for foreign exchange currency cash is €1% of the transaction value, with a min charge of €1.25 and a max charge of 6.35 , this can be seen here within our International Schedule of Fees & Charges Brochure, page 3.
