Denim jacket?

    Is there some sort of stigma associated with denim jackets that I'm not aware of? Because I bought one recently (needed something light for summer), and my sister told me off for being one of 'those people'. And it could just be me but I don't see them around too often.

    I'm going to wear it anyway, because screw other people, I like it. But yeah, just want to know what people think about denim jackets in general.

    It's this one by the way, but little darker.

    I don't see any problem with them. Been thinking about getting one myself but I'm not sure if it'd go with the rest of my style (that and I'm broke!) I've seen a couple around now that it's summer.

    I think they work well with relaxed long dresses. I think it is like any jacket, if it fits you well and is worn with right stuff and appropriately for the occasion it's grand.

    But then I am not in with the cool crowd so I could be completely wrong. :D

    As long as your not wearing them with jeans then you're fine! I saw a lovely one in Warehouse that would be perfect over dresses and long skirts. But there are lots of places stocking this Summer, not sure why there is a stigma though?
