    Hi guys,

Wondering if someone could recommend a setting for the Shock Zone on an Aritech CS350 - Have 2 staffies and they keep setting off the alarm, I've adjusted the settings twice and they still set it off the odd time

Any suggestion of what the zone should be bearing in mind these are 2 rough feckers :pac:

there are 2 settings on that system - gross and pulse.
the gross refers to the level of shock taken on a scale of 1-9 ie 1 = very small tap and 9 = sledge hammer
the pulse refers to the number of vibrations detected in a short period
If you set "gross = 4 pulse = 4" then alarm will activate if a medium sized shock of level 4 is detected or if 4 shocks of level 1 are detected in a short period.

If the dogs are jumping against a door then you might have to open the inertia sensor on that door and bypass the shock sensor head while leaving the contact in the circuit. ie the alarm will only activate if the door opens and not if they bang it.

Cheers was going to ask you what to do but itt was relatively straight forward I chopped the wires on the inertia - twisted together and put in the terminal and place cover back on - Job done

Tested in the maintenance menu and all sound

    Cheers man
