    Well folks,
    Can anyone reccommend a good builder in KK that are reasonable when it comes to prices. This is for a house extension.

    Eugene Foley build my house and an extension for my brother. We both found him excellent.
    I def would not base choosing a builder solely on price. Ask friends/neighbours/work colleagues for their recommendations.

    Darren Challoner built an extension for us, said it would take 8 weeks, needed money up front every 10 minutes. Eight months later finished most of the job and disappeared, pr.ck. I know this is not a recommendation for a builder but more of a recommendation for one to avoid.
