Honda Accord fog lights problem

Hey, I have Honda accord 2004 and i have a small problem the front fog lights turned themselves on when the car was parked up. Couldn't get them turned off so had to remove the fuse.

Its not a classic car but its most likely a stuck relay. They should go off with the ignition. if the relay is stuck on then they wont go off.

Seems to be a very common problem with Audis and Bmws and Vws of the same era :-)
Especially when driven by younger people .......,
