Query on lens with Nikon D3200

While on many other sites the lens mentioned is either a VRII compact lens kit or a VR Lens Kit like on Amazon.

It looks like the lenses are the same but the Amazon kit lens is a newer version. Don't know if you would notice a huge amount between the 2. Either would be fine if you are just starting out.
