Still very angry about last Wednesday.

How full-time professionals with so many fitness experts and dieticians can't play two games of football in a week is baffling????
And we're only a feckin month into the season too.
There was no need to rest players.

Yeah true that, but I will forgive every last one of the players if they can get a win today against Chelsea. Wednesday night will quickly be forgotten then!

It wasn't just about resting players either. Some of those that played on Weds need game time. They could be called upon at any time due to injury, suspension or poor form.

Plenty of reserve football for them surely.
Anyway I expected no more than 2 changes for last Wed.
6 was either madness or an attempt by Wenger to show the fans how strong the panel is after all the guff he got when he failed to add any outfield players in the summer.
Either way it back-fired big time on him.

Only the U21 league. Plenty of training matches but that's not the same

It would be baffling if it weren't the case at club.

    The title is misleading.
We don't actually have £200 million available. It's actually around £60-80 million (still a lot)

£35M is for debts, 65M is for future transfer payments (clauses/finished transfers) and more set aside for opperating costs.

But we still had more than enough to buy DM + another player.

65M for transfer add-ons??????? For who? Sorry but that has a ring of bull**** about it.

Fees are rarely paid up front.

You're right, so fees owed to Arsenal haven't been paid and they don't count towards the cash reserves. However what was claimed was £65million in clauses, which sounds like complete rubbish.

I'm very disappointed in Gabriel riding to the bait, but if that poxy ref did his job and sent Costa off this wouldn't have happened!!! Makes this a very unlikely game now. I'm seething here.

Love to know whats going on in Gabriels head there. Cant be much!

What a joke. Disgrace from ref and Costa. Match thread is disgusting but sure what would you expect from lads that only found blue jerseys a few years ago.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,224 ✭✭✭✭Marty McFly

Jasus if I don't have enough reason to dislike Chelsea enough already with Mourinho. Costa comes along.

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,427 ✭✭✭Pierce_1991

Been a while since I was this angry watching a game. Costa is such a disgusting príck!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,205 ✭✭✭Gringo180

Raging here. Is this what football has become? Costa is a parasite to football along with his manager.

I 'm trying my best to not call Costa every name under the sun.

    Chambers for Coquelin fcuk.

Posted in match thread but here's Costa swinging at Kos...ridiculous.

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,333 ✭✭✭bad2dabone

I'm so angry I can hardly breathe

Down to 10 men away from home.

Wenger's solution. Takes off our most effective player to bring in someone who is light to touch against a physical team. Well done Arsene.

Costa is a horrible horrible disease on football.

    I'm so sick of this

Probably 8 points behind top tonight.

I didnt bother even putting a prediction into the match thread. Its better to avoid having to interact with some fans.

So disappointing to leave in an easy goal. They are already in the acendancy so dont give them a free goal ffs.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,224 ✭✭✭✭Marty McFly

What makes it even more disgusting are the amount of Chelsea fans proud of him and his antics.

    What has happened to Sanchez:(

In fairness they seem to think Coquelin is injured he'd have to be no other logical reason for taking him off.

He definitely damaged his knee early on.

Silly, thats just looking for an excuse to blame Wenger.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,012 ✭✭✭✭Alfred Borden

If Coquelin is injured, thats probably the end of the Santi central midfield experiment then.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,224 ✭✭✭✭Marty McFly

I've had to walk away from the TV. Disgusted.

Have you any link to anything that suggest the substitution is for an injury?

    Right back at you.
I'm using common sense and logic and I will be proved right in time.

The most annoying thing about Walcott (apart from his finishing) is how often he is offside. It can't be that hard to stay behind a guy you're looking at.

This is just absolutely typical arsenal.

Are Micheal Owen AND Glen Hoddle co-commentating???

Stop being negative. The complete lack of changes in the squad is what's gonna win us the league this year.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,205 ✭✭✭Gringo180

Our corner kicks are nothing short of disgraceful.

When are people going to wake up and realise Arsenal are going NOWHERE under Wenger. What's our aim again, 4th. I'm ****ing sick of this ****.

    Change

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,224 ✭✭✭✭Marty McFly

Self destruct mode is in full effect this week.

Now everyone remember no hyperbole it's OK well still get top four and there was no quality signings available in the summer.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,012 ✭✭✭✭Alfred Borden

    Beginning of the end?

If we lose to Spurs midweek, this season is nearly wrote off already.

  • Registered Users Posts: 8,985 ✭✭✭Soups123
