Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Christ, that was awful by Ozil for the first goal.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,342 ✭✭✭Bobby Baccala

Been flicking between the Roma and Arsenal games, Chesney and Ospina both having nightmares.

It's not my night for football!

    Sure

I do of course hope you are correct. But at the moment, I can't see where the goals will come from, and we look very suspect at the back.

Looked like Walcott shot was going wide

Can anyone understand a word Neil Lennon says???

Santi off and Ramsey on for me. Dont know what to do with the Ox

Switch Ramsey into Oxs position, play Ox through middle.

Its was a definite goal. Very very bad keeping by Ospina.

Given the way our luck is going at the moment I'd say Gabriel is odds on for a second yellow....

Ospina fcuked up but the decision to play him wasn't the worst decision

Same way Gibbs and Ox are starting

The squad is good enough on paper to beat these, we still will

Whatever about outfield players, not playing Cech is a stupid decision and i very much doubt you'll see many top teams across Europe rotate keepers too often, especially in the CL

    Ah it's not.

Ospina thought so. He was trying to hide under his shirt

Ox is like a faster Welbeck

Most over rated player at the club. Works his socks off but his end product is atrocious. 12 goals in 125 apps for the club says it all.

Don't come much bigger than Real Madrid or Barcelona

I'm not defending the decision btw!

Thank God we did actually sign Cech. It was a big problem area.

    With even less end product!

Ozil is a great playmaker and exciting to watch going forward. A cowardly shyte at defending.
Ox and Gibbs are just not good enough for Arsenal either defending or attacking.
This team is not being motivated at all. Too many shirking their duties and getting away with it.

I thought he broke his finger two weeks ago.

He must be back very quick if thats true.

I know yous don't believe me but I do hate being right sometimes. How many corners was it?
Ospina was useless for the OG last week and again tonight.

Ozils hearts not in it tonight really is it!

Can you name a player out there* who actually looks like he cares?

*Coquelin is the exception as always.

Rarely looks like it is tbh. With how poorly most big games go it's not unusual for it to seem worse than it is though.

Yeah to be fair to him no one is moving for him....Walcott has got his goal and is not really trying anymore. Ox needs to be taken off and replaced with anyone.

Would want to be careful with his elbows. That and Sanchez's yellow were 2 massively disappointing moments when we need them to step up.

Should still be winning this really, we'll get another goal at least.

    First corner of the night....

    Massive loss

I wonder what the odds are of not seeing Kos again till after Xmas?

  • Registered Users Posts: 8,711 ✭✭✭keano_afc

The United curse strikes. If that's hamstring he'll be out for Sunday.

Nice to see the official behind the line weighing in with that clearly being a corner.

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,937 ✭✭✭omega man

Wait and see now, bet kos will be out for months

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 19,675 ✭✭✭✭Ol' Donie

What was I thinking? Of COURSE I should have put a hefty few quid on Kos getting injured before the United game.

Sure what the f*** else would happen?

    Jesus.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,678 ✭✭✭Marcus Antonius

Ffs just what we bloody need. He'll probably have to get his leg amputated knowing our injury records

Ha I can see Wenger taking Coq off and replacing him with Campbell or Ramsey.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,136 ✭✭✭✭Rayne Wooney

Ozil is such a good footballer but his mentality is really questionable

    Twice off the line. FML!

How are we not scoring 5 or 6 against this keeper?
