    Hey guys,
Quick question. Switching fibre service is straightforward enough, right?
I have a service with another provider but looking to make the jump.

What do I need to do to get it with eircom in this situation?
The other provider needed to send out a tech and stuff. Is it the same for you?

    Hi CMpunked

Even though you already have another providers Fibre product an appointment for an installation engineer will be required for eircom eFibre.

It was previously the case where an installation engineer was not required however a high level of issues occurred with this which resulted in the decision to make an installation engineer necessary.

    Thanks
    Al
