Post neutering question (male dog)

Hi guys, I got my dog Shade neutered on Friday but the scrotum sac of skin is still there, is this normal? This is the first male dog I've had to get neutered so I'm not sure what is / isn't normal? :)

Opies took quite a while for the swelling to go down

Yep. Totally normal. Swelling will decrease and it will atrophy (is that the correct phrase) over time.

Shrinks basically...
