Does anyone here have any idea about routers and internet issues ?
Ours has been playing up since Christmas and tonight has been the worst night.

We our connected but can't access any websites. I'm not sure if it's the router or something to do with Magnets line

Last time i did a speed check it was 33mbs which was around November.

I did one yesterday and it was 11 and today it was 10. Would I need a new router or is it our ISP fault.

To diagnose these sort of issues you need to be hooked up directly via Ethernet rather than WiFi.
If it's all fine, the WiFi is at fault, otherwise it's likely a line issue.
