Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi all

I'm finally realising the importance of flexibility and mobility when it comes to lifting, especially as I start to progress to Olympic lifts. I start snatching recently and have already pulled my groin which is down to just not being flexible enough for a deep squat, never mind catching a bar in a deep squat.

I've been looking at MobilityWOD and a few others on youtube and they seem decent but what I'm really looking for is to find a trainer who specialises in mobility and flexibility. Are there any in Dublin, preferably around the city centre? I think the personal aspect will be beneficial while I take my first few steps down this road.

    Thanks

    lots listed here - http://www.dominicmunnelly.ie/2015/04/the-fitness-tipping-point-in-ireland/

    and - https://www.youtube.com/user/EmmetLouis?app=desktop

lots of mobility and gymnastics work which will carry over really well to the o lifts
