    Hey folks

I am looking to spend around 100-150 on a New graphics Card. My Current one is a Amd hd radeon 6670.
Firstly I need it to have a Vga and a Hdmi Slot (dual Monitors )

    Now here my main problem.
My computer only has a 405w power supply. I dont really want to upgrade that if i can help it

Im looking to use the graphics card for fps and games like far cry , tomb raider and gta but i dont mind having to lower the quality to medium if i have to

Now Here my power stats atm.
Its hitting around 110W on boot
50/55 W on basic web browsing
    2/3 W on sleep
When i tried throwing gtaiv on super high and start firing out of a heli ect it hit 80/85W. This is as high as i could get it

135W on Cpu Bit coin mining

    GPU mining - 75 W

Note- I dont Bitcoin mine , I just done this to stress test

    Any Suggestions

    Running Windows 7
    8Gb of Ram
    64Bit os
    Intel I7 2600@3.40ghz

    Thanks

Second hand R9 270x is €135 from CEX, best by a long shot in your budget.

Best new card is a GTX 750Ti.

Both will be fine on PSU.
