    Hi there,
    I'm just wondering when my bill will be generated for this month.
    It says on your website that it would be available on the 11th  but nothing yet

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    The date of the next bill on online billing is an approximation/subject to change. We do regret the delay on this occasion.

    Release of the six annual bills is dependent on when ESB Networks or Gas Networks Ireland read the meters/when scheduled bills are estimated if the meter is not read.

    The payment due date will be two weeks from whenever the bill is issued, and if this date does not suit you, do let us know and we can set up an arrangement no problem.

    We will check your Electric Ireland account also, if you send us a private message stating you are the account-holder, your account number, name and address in full, and the telephone number we would have for you.
