    Got the voucher on the 18th June but unfortunately some one through it out the clown.

    Will the supervalue be able to look up the code for the transaction and then give to me as the voucher wasn't used at all.

    This would be a query for SuperValu - the best department to check would be the specific store that you received the voucher from.
