Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

When I'm cutting I generally eat 95% unprocessed food. Processed being bread, sauces, stuff in a jar etc.

On a bulk this pretty much drops to 80% or so. Chocolate bar and wraps. Mmmm.

    How does yours look?

Prob 90%, always the same just less carbs when cutting.

When I was cutting I just counted macros using a foodscale and myfitnesspal.

When I'm bulking I just eat lots of chicken, eggs and whatever tastes good.

I could count macros all the time, but on a bulk I don't see the point. Playing the long game and assessing my progress once a week/2 weeks and making small adjustments works for me.
