Hi folks, just looking for some advice on a first gaming build.

    1. What is your budget? €650

    2. What will be the main purpose of the computer? Primarily gaming, general internet browsing too.

    3. Do you need a copy of Windows? No.

    4. Can you use any parts from an old computer? No.

    5. Do you need a monitor? No

5a. If yes, what size do you need.

5b. If no, what resolution is your current monitor and do you plan to upgrade in the near future? I currently have a Sony Bravia tv that I'll use until I get a monitor in the future.

    6. Do you need any of these peripherals? Mouse and keyboard.

    7. Are you willing to try overclocking? Would like too if its possible.

    8. How can you pay? Visa, bank draft.

    9. When are you purchasing? Within the next two weeks hopefully.

    10. If you need help building it, where are you based? I'll be grand.

One question; if I was to stick to using the TV as a monitor, would a micro tower be ideal? Something that won't hog space would be nice but it's not essential.

I have been looking at building guides on pcpartpicker and came across examples like these?
