New York to Chathma Cape Cod

The Kurgan

Heading over to New York for 5 days and them 5 days in Chatham Cape Cod.
Just wondering what might be the best way to get Chatham from New York.

Will be travelling on a Monday.

My options so far :
Take the Amtrak Express Pennn Station to Bsoton South station approx 3.5 hrs and then take ferry to provincetown 1.5 hrs .. and then hop a bus/taki to Chatham.
Express Train $113
Fast Ferry $88
Taxi bus from Ptown to Chatham cost $??

Fly from New York to Boston 1hr 10, adding time at either side of airport
at leat 3:30 hrs total
$130 with Jet Blue

Have not looked at buses so far would prefer comfort of trains!!
If anyone can think of an better way via Public Transport plese let me know.:)

Jet Blue flies directly from JFK to Hyannis. Jump a cab from there

You'll waste a day coming and going going by bus and train

P-Town to Chatham is a good 45 minutes by bus/car.

You can take the Peter Pan bus from NY to Hyannis(connecting in Providence I think) about $65 http://peterpanbus.com/
Or Amtrak NY to Providence is 3hrs express or 3.5hrs regional. Then a Peter Pan bus to Hyannis about 2.5 hrs.
From Hyannis you can take a local bus to Chatham. http://www.capecodtransit.org/ I think it's something like $5.
Heading up to CC myself next week for a vacay:)

Think I'll take whitey advice, although I wouldn't mind taking the train , I don't ato sacrifice our time in CC..Thanks for the advice guys.
