    Great break back by Stan!

You can tell Peter Fleming hates him too.

Never doubted for a second that gasquet wouldn't be able to close it out

    Story of his career.

Gasquet has always had the talent but is usually not aggressive enough at key times. I hope Stan comes through as Djokovic would most likely hammer Gasquet in a poor match.

"You could hear the silence before the second serve"

    Well observed, john :P

Cracking match but Jesus John Inverdale wrecks my head!

This is one of the best matches I've watched so far through this tournament and not a grunt or a shout out of either of them. It makes the match even more enjoyable to watch.

Some of these backhands are soo low!! I keep thinking they'll hit the net.

Spectators getting their value for money!

rare enough to get two one-handed backhanders playing each other in a GS QF or deeper also.

Gasquet surely has it now. can he blow 3 MP's...?

Yes, he's trying to be all poetic and dramatic but is not commentating on the actual match.

Inverdale was much more suited to Today at Wimbledon. Did some research, handful of questions and let Davenport/McEnroe/Austin do the rest!

Gasquet talks like he's selling a horse down at the Ballinasloe Fair.

I'm not sure. Are they good travellers?

Are you genuinely asking this or trying to stir?
It was a genuine question. I've subsequently seen that an Umpire has discretion in such a situation.
Currently, an umpire is allowed to award a point against a player if the umpire feels the offender has hindered the opponent

Exactly. Random shouts during a point or as the other person is about to serve or return would be seen as a hindrance and the umpire would call it. A player who makes the same noise every time they hit the ball in every match they play is not breaking the rules. If the other player isn't bothered by it the umpire isn't obliged to do anything.
