Gadget for lawnmower cord

A friend had a gadget on her lawnmower years ago that I madly coveted. You looped up the cord over your arm and then hung it on this - much faster and more efficient than looping it and unlooping it over the handle. Do these exist separate from lawnmowers, and if so, where do you get them?

Use a strip of velcro to secure the cable loop to the horizontal piece of the handle. Or make a hook out of a metal coat hanger.
