    Hi
I have my house on the market, its my first time selling a house and I'm not sure what to expect from the estate agent. I've had 4 viewings in the last 10 days and no feedback from them... is it usual for the estate agent to call the client after each viewing to let them know how it went ?? As I said its my first time so I'd like advice from experienced sellers, thanks :)

    Hey,
I've only gone through the process once, but I had feedback after every session from the estate agent. Any sales person worth their salt should be doing this. Remember you're going to pay them - so give them a call!

Remember they work for you. We read them the riot act a couple of times about ensuring some feedback and other stupid things (like letting us know viewings were over so we could go home!!)
