    Hi all,

I have a CAME BX 10 motor to operate my electric gates. There is 1 keypad and 2 sets of photocells.

Is there any one familiar with the BX 10 as I want to fit another keypad on the inside of the gate.

I'm looking for a wiring diagram and any info/help as the company who installed my system wants €250 to do it for me.

    Cheers in advance.

Just a bit more info on my installation.

My keypad is an AES 603-abk wireless intercom. Looking at the manual it has an input for a push button to operate the gate.

Would this be a better option than a keypad for ease of exit?

    Can anyone advise?

Totally agree with you just another option. Cheaper option but maybe costly in the long term.

Have you any experience on the bx 10 or advice on a good quality external keypad?

    Cheers.

Bought an ACT today simply for the ip rating and ease of setup.

    12-24v supply.

NO contact to input of my bx 10 motor in parallel to other keypad? Does that sound right?

    Cheers.

Sounds good NO contact to push button input.
It may need to pulse before gate will open ie new KP will need to go to NC and back to NO before gate will open.

Thanks for replies to the post.

Fitted act5 over the weekend works a treat.

Contact switches once code is entered.

    Cheers again
