iCloud Photo Library not updating

    Hi,

    I turned on iCloud Photo Library for the first time yesterday and it hung half way through the upload. Now there is no progress bar showing and all it shows now is 398 items to upload as per the attached picture

    Anyone have a similar experience and how do you fix it?

    Try restarting the phone. If that doesn’t work, try toggling iCloud Photo Library on/off. But uploading will take a while.

    Done that and it's still the same. I plugged it in as well. From reading other forum it appears to be a common enough problem :(
