Buttermilk powder

I've found a recipe for a quick Ranch dressing/dip powder mix for the store-cupboard.

Only snag is that it requires buttermilk powder and I can't seem to find that in Ireland.

Do any of you know where I might source it? Or if I could substitute a mixture of dried milk like Marvel and some citric acid?

It seems we make it here in Ireland but it's main use appears to be food manufacturing, therefore not a supermarket item. Amazon.co.uk sell it but the price seems high to me, perhaps a little goes a long way.

I know! I don't want a pack of 6x12oz. Think I'll have to appeal to the US friends to bring a care package in exchange for some Tayto & Barry's.

I thought the same when I read this first, but he/she wants a powder mix for the cupboard. I would have guessed the milk powder & citric acid too.
