First date outfit

I need some help from you lovely folks. I have a date on Friday night and I'm struggling to pick something to wear.
I'm 5'5", size 14/16 hourglass. My legs are my best feature and I hate my arms. I have a tan as it's quite hot here (Vegas).
Because it's summer, the temperatures are going to be in the 30's even at night so I don't need any layers or heavy items.

The only thing I know is I'm with going to be wearing these heels or these wedges.

So links do any nice skirts/tops that will work in a bar setting. It's kind of a casual place but I want to look my best without overdoing it.

I can't see the shoes on my phone, but I would say a wrap style dress with a v neck and sleeves to the elbow in a jersey fabric would suit your shape. A plain colour such as navy would be slimming and some gold or coral accessories would brighten it up.

Thank you for the suggestions. I'm not a fan of wrap dresses though. I feel they age people and I haven't found one that suits me.
I have a lot of muscle tone so I don't look as 'big' as my size. I would love to find something like this.

But I can't find a skirt like it at the moment. I was thinking a nice, dressy black shirt with a detailed skirt. That way I can show my legs and cover my arms and feel confident.
If anyone has seen something similar please let me know! Obviously in shops that are here in the US too.
