Site Next To Central Bank on North Wall

See today that that construction hoarding has been erected and painted with the Ballymore Oxley Logo on the site next to the Central Bank on North Wall Quay.

Anyone know exactly what is proposed for the site or where the planning permission can be viewed.

Nama has chosen Singapore's Oxley Holdings as the preferred bidder for a 2.35-hectare site at 72-80 North Wall Quay, next to the proposed new HQ of the Central Bank.

another bland offering. I suppose you can't expect much else when the SDZ limits you to max height of 8 storeys

I know what you mean but bland beats dereliction any day of the week ,especially having lived next to this vacant side for nearly 9 years.

Anything over 10 stories in height is going to cast a sun shadow over flocks living in nearby apartments.

Personally speaking the completion of the New Central Bank Headquarters and the Ballymore Oxley Development next door cant happen soon enough and the knock on effect on road surface upgrades , new shops and restaurants to service the office workers will give the area a badly needed lift.
