I want to record Skype conversations in order to make a podcast with a friend of mine but am having difficulty in recording ourselves on skype.
I want to be able to create one mp3 file of the conversation and then edit that using Audacity or another tool. I have tried using Audacity for recording and looked up guides on the net but I seem to be missing a stereo mixer from my recording devices. Im using a Creative X-Fi Soundblaster soundcard and a Creative Omega 3D headset on a Windows 8.1 system.

Any help would be greatly appreciated or advice from someone that has done this before, thanks :)

What options are you getting in the Record drop down menu in Audacity?
