Short Term Personal Loan

Hi I'm looking to borrow E4-5k over a year to pay for my part time college course, i can afford E100 per week for a year, could anyone recommend a borrower i already have a personal loan for E30k over 10 years and a car loan both those are about E100 per week, I know i can manage another E100 but i'm concerned the banks…
