Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

return of an amazon fulfilled item

I only had to return item to amazon once, and it was after just a couple of days so it went smoothly.

Now, I have broken power bank, purchased 7 months ago, item was "sold by swees-shop and Fulfilled by Amazon"

Warranty period isn't mentioned anywhere but as I bought new item from business seller I would expect some reasonable period like (at the very least) 12 months.

But there is no option to return it to amazon as amazon webpage says "This item is no longer eligible for return. The return window closed on 31 Jan 2015. "

So i contacted the seller which responded "Since the item is fulfilled by Amazon, please directly contact Amazon for more information."

I do believe that i should be able to return it to seller, but can't exactly do that if they won't provide me with RMA or at least with a return address.

I do understand that amazon acted like a store front & warehouse here and the seller is actually swees-shop, but if they keep repeating go away to amazon i'm kind of stuck... with a broken power bank in my hands.

Have you tried to contact Amazon on chat? They should be able to let you know what the process is, if it's to be return to them they will organize prepaid labels

You paid Amazon for the item so you return it to Amazon. As it is not a chance of mind return you will have to contact then by phone chat or email to arrange return of the defective product. It will be no harm to mention your Irish statutory rights.
