Waterford city boundary extension

So recently there was talk about Waterford extending its city boundary to include ferrybank and belview in South Kilkenny. In fairness I can see their point but I'm a blowin to Kilkenny so don't know what Kilkenny people think of this. So let me know your thoughts.
