Want to set up a garden center from home

    Hi just wondering if anyone knows anything about getting planning permission for a garden center on the property around my own home what do I need to do . I was also thinking of opening a coffee shop in my own home should I look for one or get both planning permission at once

    I would contact the Planning Office in your local CC, Can't imagine too many issues with the GardenCentre, but you might have more Problems with the Coffee Shop HSE Health and Safety etc.
    I'd Build a Log House/Hut for the Cafe than use my Own Home.. Privacy and Security.
