Efibre - Phone Dsconnected

    Hi,
    I am looking to get efibre into my house and I do have a phoneline which runs into the house but the phone was disconnected years ago. I have checked my address and it does say I hae efibre to my home address but do I need to get line tested, etc before I can order efibre/evision?
