considering buying a caravan to rent out

hi there, I am considering buying a caravan, parking it in a park in north Dublin with amenities and renting it out for an income. my question is, is there any profit in this as the park will charge about 70 per week. How much would people pay to rent a caravan if it was a fairly good one, a 6 berth. Any ideas?
