I need advice on my Honda HRB 476 c. The engine cuts out when I engage the blade lever. In fact more pressure than usual is required to engage the clutch. The blade can be turned by hand but not freely, and there is a clicking noise when turning it. The lawnmower is otherwise in excellent condition. Any suggestions or…
